Subsurface Fly Fishing Techniques
An overview of the teaching
materials used from an NCC class covering advanced fly fishing
techniques with nymph and streamer flies. Topics to be covered
include “situational fishing”, equipment setup, reading the
water, fly selection, and approach/presentation techniques with
specialty casts. Demonstrations of fly tying nymphs & streamer
flies will be performed, as well as knot & leader construction
for this type of fly fishing.
