Survey page added

In an ongoing effort to improve the quality of our monthly meetings and further engage our membership, the Monocacy TU Board of Directors is asking that all members participate in a brief survey. The survey is available online by clicking HERE, or on the "SURVEY" tab above. All information will be used for the sole purpose of improving Chapter events and communication. The survey will also be distributed via e-mail shortly and a hard copy form included in our annual mailing in January. Thank you in advance for taking the time to fill it out.
